Introduction

The Chakra Meditation Workshop is designed to help participants achieve a deeper awareness through meditation. Yoga is about being responsible for yourself, and the entire journey can be summed up in one word: MEDITATION. The purpose of meditation is to achieve a deeper awareness of an object or a task. This occurs through a process of three sequential steps:

  1. Conditioning – First, clearing up our mind from the thought processes of our previous activity. Meditation clears up our mind and brings it into the right condition for our next task.

  2. Focusing – To perform any task, it is very important to stay focused on the task at hand. Meditation helps us develop that focus as well.

  3. Meditating – The third intent of meditation is to contemplate carefully and deeply on the task or object of focus. This helps us develop clarity and awareness.

Methods used will be asanas, pranayama, breath awareness meditations, and chakra meditations.

Pre – Requisite

Min requirement to join the course NIL

NOTE

Who should not attend this workshop:

Those suffering from severe anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and panic attacks and are on medications for the same, should not attend this workshop. 

They are suggested to first attend the Swadhyay program and only after the approval of Dr. Atul Pednekar, they will be allowed to attend this workshop.

Those suffering from mild anxiety or depression will be allowed to attend only after a consultation with Dr. Atul Pednekar.
