Personality Assessment Session: This Integral Chakra Psychology-based Session includes

An assessment of your personality on the basis of an Integral Chakra Psychology Questionnaire. The assessment includes a SWOT analysis based on your sensitivities and expectation patterns that could be determining your emotional triggers and predictive behaviour patterns. It is followed by suggestions regarding yoga practices and certain exercises that could help you help yourself.
Duration – 30-40 minutes
Charges – INR 999/-

Basic Counseling Session: For mild to moderate anxiety, lack of focus, and confused states.

Includes – Psychological Assessment and Therapeutic Measures as indicated
Duration – 40 minutes
Charges – INR 2500/-

Advance Counseling Session: For severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal tendencies, chronic medical health conditions

Includes – a Psychological Assessment and Therapeutic Measures as indicated
Duration – 60-75 minutes
Charges – INR 3500/-

If you are suffering from any Chronic Psychological or Medical Health Issues, you are recommended to preferably attend the Psychotherapy Programmes.

Registration link for any of the options mentioned below will be provided only for those who have taken a personal counselling session, (a recommendation from your attending counsellor is required).
