Our external circumstances often reflect our internal state. Recognising that creation happens at the thought level, which allows us to understand the roots of stress, anxiety, and emotional turmoil. . Yogic Counselling helps individuals dismantle these negative patterns through self-inquiry (Swadhyaya), energy rebalancing, and practical psychological tools—all aimed at realigning the mind, body, and spirit.
When is It Useful?
Personal Counseling would be helpful in mild or moderate states of anxiety or stress and similar states of distress that may not fall into any particular category of diagnosis.
A consultation can also be availed for assessment of the condition from the perspective of Yoga Psychology and to determine the further course of action.

Single consultation (Online/Offline) – included on registration:
- Integral Chakra Psychology Questionnaire for personality and stress assessment
- Consultation session with status assessment (60 minutes)
- Yoga remedial session –includes experiential session of specific meditations and/or asanas.
- Suggestions regarding further course of action
Post Session Options
If you are suffering from any Chronic Psychological or Medical Health Issues, you are recommended to preferably attend the Psychotherapy Programmes (link).
Registration link for any of the options mentioned below will be provided only for those who have taken a personal counselling session, (a recommendation from your attending counsellor is required).
- Follow-up session
- Single session – INR 2500
- 3 sessions – INR 6500
- Therapeutic Yoga Sessions:
- Single session 60 minutes – INR 1500/-
- 3 sessions (within 10 days) – INR 4000/-
- 12 sessions (one month) INR 10000/-
- Single session 60 minutes – INR 1500/-
