Senior Counsellor

Sonal Parikh is a certified yoga counsellor. She completed her teachers training course in The Yoga Institute, Santacruz East in 2007/08. She’s been associated with the 7-day camp held at the institute since then and has been a coordinator as well as taken up various sessions like reflection, conceptual games, asanas, pranayama etc. She also takes up counselling sessions for the participants as well as volunteers.

She is also a certified yoga counsellor. After completion she’s been mentoring level-3 students since last 4 years and have helped more than 40 national as well as international students. She also took up asana sessions for emo energy workshops. She takes up Abhyasa sessions for EERB workshop.
